Dosage and method of addition

Addition amount: Generally 1.0-3.0 kg/T of paper, or adjusted according to the water resistance requirements of the paper.

Addition method: Add the undiluted solution using a dedicated emulsification device and emulsify it on-site.

Addition point: A section of the good pulp pipeline of the desander or the good pulp pipeline of the pressure screen. It is necessary to avoid areas with high shear force. The addition location varies depending on the paper machine configuration, and efforts should be made to achieve the best sizing effect.

Precautions: The pH value of the ASA emulsion should be controlled between 3.5 and 5.0. In highly alkaline water systems, citric acid can be used for adjustment. To achieve better sizing results, the temperature of the sizing emulsion should be controlled below 55℃.

Storage

Stored at 5-45℃. Do not freeze or expose to direct sunlight. If frozen, the effect will be restored after thawing. It will hydrolyze upon contact with water or water vapor, so take strict precautions to avoid hydrolysis during use and storage.

Storage containers should be labeled, and containers should be kept sealed when not in use.
